COVID-19 - Pynx Official Statement

Dear Clients,
We understand the concern about COVID-19 virus and the potential it has to impact upcoming events. We share these same concerns and have been taking the appropriate measures in doing our utmost in protecting our clients, employees and attendees of events.
The precautions we are taking:
  • All equipment (microphones, photo booth props, remotes, consoles, speakers etc) are disinfected after EACH use.
  • All staff will wear protective gloves at all events.
  • We have put into place “a no handshake or hug policy”.
  • Our staff will not be handling any events if they are not feeling well and will be advised to seek medical care.
  • Any staff who have travelled to any high-risk area, or who have had family travel to these areas or have been in proximity to anyone suspected of having or confirmed with the virus within the last 14 days, will be asked to self-isolate at home for the next 14 days.
Options that are available to you:
  • If you have an event where the executives, speakers or delegates cannot attend, we are able to provide video streaming services that will get your presentation across effectively
  • If you would prefer, Pynx can also assist in the video recording of your company message or presentation so that you may play it back to your audience at a later time or make edits before it goes live
  • We will honour any change of dates based on availability at no charge
